The Jamestown City Council took no action Wednesday after meeting for more than 90 minutes in executive session on the ongoing territorial dispute with Stutsman Rural Water District.
Councilmen Ramone Gumke and Dan Buchanan were absent from the meeting.
The city of Jamestown and Stutsman Rural Water District have been embroiled in a territorial dispute since October regarding the area near Jamestown Regional Medical Center and the Titan Machinery building, which is now under construction.
