BISMARCK, N.D. - A winning Powerball ticket purchased in North Dakota for the Wednesday, March 13, draw matched all five white balls, making it worth $1 million. The winning numbers are 5, 9, 28, 32, 38 and the Powerball is 29.
The lucky ticket was sold at the Cenex Convenience Store, 2019 North 9th Street in Wahpeton. The last million dollar winner was sold at the Cenex Convenience Store in Killdeer on April 2, 2011.
