One person was sentenced on felony charges in Southeast District Court.
Adam Lee Hagen, 36, 602 25th St. SW, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, a Class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.
Hagen was accused of possessing methamphetamines and possession of paraphernalia used with drugs other than marijuana in the two felony charges. He was accused of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia used with it in the two misdemeanor cases. All charges related to an incident on Jan. 30.
Judge John Greenwood sentenced Hagen to one year and one day with the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He was given credit for 34 days already served.
A Class C felony is punishable by five years and fines of $5,000. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable by one year in prison and a $2,000 fine. A Class B misdemeanor is punishable by 30 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
