March 8: 12:43 a.m., ready squad responded to 109 Sunnyside Trailer Court (single-family dwelling) to investigate if carbon monoxide is present. Firefighters checked for carbon monoxide and none was detected. Occupant was advised to replace the battery in the detector or replace it. Cause: detector malfunction. Time out: 30 minutes.

March 11: 8:14 p.m., the ready squad responded to 1910 27th Ave. SE (Butler Machinery) to investigate a fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke and fire but none was found. Cause: exhaust from truck. Fire alarm was reset. Time out: 30 minutes.

March 12: 2:45 a.m., the ready squad responded to 1400 10th Ave. NE (multi-family dwelling) to investigate fire alarm activation. Smoke was found but no fire. Firefighters requested full department to respond. Time out: 55 minutes.
