Steele takes part in DECA conference

Cierra Steele was one of 19 students from Mayville State who participated in the North Dakota Collegiate DECA Career Development Conference Feb. 10-11 in Fargo. The annual state conference provides an opportunity for students to compete against students from 11 other North Dakota colleges and universities in business-related events.

Cierra Steele was one of 19 students from Mayville State who participated in the North Dakota Collegiate DECA Career Development Conference Feb. 10-11 in Fargo. The annual state conference provides an opportunity for students to compete against students from 11 other North Dakota colleges and universities in business-related events.

Steele was one of 16 students from Mayville State who qualified for participation in the international competition, which will be April 17-20 in Anaheim, Calif.

She is the daughter of Ginny and Donald Steele, Pingree, N.D.
