Carpenter signs with Valley City St.

Valley City 6-foot-4 senior forward Chase Carpenter signed to play basketball at Valley City State University on Tuesday. Carpenter averaged 22.7 points per game and 10.8 rebounds per game for the Hi-Liners this season.

VALLEY CITY, N.D. —Valley City 6-foot-4 senior forward Chase Carpenter signed to play basketball at Valley City State University on Tuesday.

Carpenter averaged 22.7 points per game and 10.8 rebounds per game for the Hi-Liners this season.

Carpenter was named to the All-Eastern Dakota Conference team and was one of 10 players to be honored as unanimous selections.
