The accident happened at 12:05 p.m. on I-94 about 1 3/4 miles west of exit 281.
Tiffany Przybycien, 23, Amery, Wis., was driving a 2001 Dodge pickup truck eastbound on I-94, with passenger Kyle Truckey, 22, Thorp, Wis. Przybycien lost control of the truck when it hit an icy section of the road. The truck spun into the median and rolled. It came to rest on its wheels in the westbound lanes of I-94.
Przybycien and Truckey were ejected from the vehicle. Neither wore a seat belt. They were transported by Barnes County Ambulance Service to Mercy Hospital in Valley City.
