Parsons joins Top Designers

Rebecca Parsons, a licensed nail technician, has joined the staff of Top Designers in Jamestown.

Parsons is a graduate of The Salon Professional Academy, Fargo. She specializes in manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, sculptured nails and hand therapy treatments.

She has had advanced training in Opi and Creative Nail enhancements.
