Grabinger awarded scholarship
The Financial Aid Office at Valley City State University, Valley City, N.D., announ-ced that Vanessa Grabinger was awarded the Anna B. Spangler Memorial Scholarship by the Division of Business and Information Technology for the 2008-2009 academic year. Grabinger is a senior pursuing a major in administration. She is the daughter of Timothy and Jolene Grabinger, Jamestown.

The Spangler scholarship was established in memory of Anna B. Spangler by her nieces, Majorie Limesand, Doris Smith, Beverly Miller, Jeanne Ziegelman and Joyce Conley.
