Price, Team USA win series in Barcelona
Team USA wrapped up a win in the Spanish Softball Series in Barcelona Spain on Saturday. The Americans rallied out of a late 4-2 hole by scoring six runs in the top of the sixth inning to beat the Spanish Under-22 National Team 8-4 for a 3-1 series lead. The two teams played for the final time on Sunday. Results were not available at press time.

Jamestown College senior-to-be Kayla Price finished 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a walk in the series-clincher, including an RBI single in the six-run sixth.
Valley City State’s Krystal Hathaway got the win in relief, working 2 2/3 scoreless innings. She also was 2-for-4 at the plate, with a double.
