Salsa class set for Aug. 27
A class on making salsa is from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 27 at the Jamestown Middle School. Salsa is now the No. 1 condiment in the U.S. Come to this 3-hour class to experience preserving tomato-based salsas. Participants will prepare and preserve two different recipes, one in a pressure canner and one in the hot water bath method.

The class is limited to 12 students. The cost is $15. Instructor is Eunice Sahr.
The class will be held in the FACS room at the school (use the east doors).
