Man charged in 4-vehicle crash
A man is facing charges in a four-vehicle crash in May that killed a New Town woman. Delmar Sheppard of Mandaree is charged in federal court with involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He has pleaded not guilty.
BISMARCK (AP) — A man is facing charges in a four-vehicle crash in May that killed a New Town woman.
Delmar Sheppard of Mandaree is charged in federal court with involuntary manslaughter and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities say Sheppard was drunk when the car he was driving sideswiped two pickups and a van, causing the pickups to overturn. The crash killed 49-year-old Sandra Johnson and left Barry Johnson seriously injured.
