Man pleads guilty in death of woman
One of two people charged in the beating death of a Dunseith woman has pleaded guilty in federal court. Justin Beston and Chelsey Amyotte are accused of killing Danielle Baker during a party at Baker’s house on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. Beston pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
MINOT (AP) — One of two people charged in the beating death of a Dunseith woman has pleaded guilty in federal court.
Justin Beston and Chelsey Amyotte are accused of killing Danielle Baker during a party at Baker’s house on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation. Beston pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
Beston and Amyotte allegedly attacked Baker in her bedroom on the night of Nov. 4, 2007. Authorities say Baker died as a result of punches thrown by Beston and Amyotte.
