Wahl had 37 digs in two victories last week by the Blue Jay volleyball team. She had 13 digs in a win over Belcourt and 24 against Mandan.

Monson and Fix teamed up to earn a berth in the state tennis tournament, finishing fifth in the West Region doubles tournament. It’s the third straight state tournament berth for Monson, who is one of three West Region candidates for the North Dakota Mr. Tennis award.

Cellmer, a freshman from Jamestown on the JC golf team, was the medalist in the Ortonville Invitational, hosted by Minnesota-Morris. She shot an 89.

Warner, a senior from Staples, Minn., was the most consistent player for the Jimmie men’s soccer team on their weekend trip to Montana. He helped stabilize the defense in the second half of both games, an 8-0 loss to Montana State-Billings and a 4-1 loss to Great Falls.
