Reuben Liechty, left, has been named Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors for having 40 years as a licensed Realtor. Presenting the award is Jill Beck, executive vice president of NDAR. Liechty has held almost every office during that time president of the North Dakota Association of Realtors. There were 32 attending the meeting.
