Hospital, Innovis form agreement

Jamestown Hospital and Innovis Health have signed a letter of intent to form a collaborative, integrated relationship. This letter of intent, although not legally binding, outlines the basic terms of a collaborative, integrated relationship and provides the framework for continued discussion. Both parties plan to work together to come to a definitive agreement.

“We are enthusiastic about this collaboration,” said Scott Rowe, M.D., Innovis Health, Jamestown. “This is an opportunity for both organizations — an opportunity to keep healthcare in Jamestown and expand our services in an efficient manner. This is good for all of us.”

“We are pleased with this letter of intent,” said Martin Richman, CEO, Jamestown Hospital, “We believe this collaboration will bring together organizations, and people, with a shared desire to enhance healthcare in this region. We are looking forward to working together and building relationships that can accomplish what is needed for healthcare in Jamestown.”
