Fire damages Bismarck apartment
Officials say an early morning apartment fire near downtown Bismarck likely started in a bathroom. No one was hurt.
BISMARCK (AP) — Officials say an early morning apartment fire near downtown Bismarck likely started in a bathroom. No one was hurt.
Firefighters said the blaze was reported about 4:30 a.m. in a four-unit complex.
Battalion chief Kurt Leben said officials believe the fire started in the main floor bathroom of the rear unit. The exact cause is under investigation.
The Red Cross was on the scene to help displaced families.
