GF fighting bed bugs

The Grand Forks Housing Authority has been battling another bug problem at its Cherry Heights complex.

GRAND FORKS (AP) — The Grand Forks Housing Authority has been battling another bug problem at its Cherry Heights complex.

It marks the third time in the last year the critters have shown up at the unit for seniors and the disabled.

A memo to residents dated Dec. 22 spells out what they can do to minimize the problem. Housing officials say they will deal with it.

Bed bugs are not known to transmit disease. They usually bite their hosts at night.
