A Jamestown man has been charged with four crimes against juveniles, the James-town Police Department announced Monday.
Darrin Eugene Kreie, 38, 1418 Western Park Village, is charged with one count of gross sexual imposition and three counts of corruption of a minor.
Kreie is accused of engaging in a sexual act with a male juvenile under the age of 15 in or about 1997-98. He is also accused of engaging in sexual acts with a male juvenile over the age of 15 in the summer of 2006 and twice in December 2008.
The news release issued by the police department did not clarify if the male juvenile was the same in each instance or if Kreie is accused of engaging in sexual acts with more than one juvenile over the age of 15.
Kreie is in custody at the Stutsman County Correctional Center on a $4,000 cash bond.
The incidents are still under investigation, the department said.
Gross sexual imposition is a Class A felony, punishable by a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Corruption of a minor is a Class C felony, punishable by a maximum of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
