Seekins promotion planned Saturday

William L. Seekins of Jamestown will be promoted to brigadier general during a 10 a.m. ceremony on Saturday at the Raymond J. Bohn Armory in Bismarck.

Seekins is currently assigned as the land component commander for the North Dakota Army National Guard. Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota National Guard adjutant general, will preside over the ceremony.

The public is invited to attend.
