Emmel to speak at Temple Sunday

On Sunday, Duane Emmel, a Christian financial counselor from the Fargo area, will be the guest at Temple Baptist Church, 1545 Fourth Ave. N.W., Jamestown, during the 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. worship services. Emmel was originally scheduled to speak in December.

Emmel will speak about finances and financial matters from a biblical perspective. He will share practical suggestions for all ages about how to live in these economically challenging times.

Sunday school at 9:40 a.m. will include a question and answer time covering such topics as “The 5-Minute Budget” and “How to Handle Credit and Credit Re-ports.”

Emmel is frequently featured on Fargo-area radio and TV stations for his practical counsel on financial matters.
