We, the members of the Gackle-Streeter High School ecology class, are not satisfied with the closing of 4 R’s Recycling Center because we can’t believe there aren’t any ways to raise money. We thought about some possibilities and found a lot!
There could be community fundraisers, donations or change the recycling process.
You could cut employees to raise money, too, or you can pay less.
They should have thought about plans instead of just closing the center because people depend on it since it is the only one in this area. We started a recycling project but we now have no place we can take our recycling stuff to.
We hope Jamestown finds a way to open a recycling center again.
