MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) — A Dilworth man who was found frozen stiff in a snowbound vehicle north of Moorhead has died in a Fargo, N.D., hospital.
Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist says 43-year-old Craig Glock died at MeritCare Hospital Thursday night. An autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death, but investigators suspect hypothermia.
Glock was found Thursday morning after deputies got a call about a possible dead person. They found Glock’s vehicle in a ditch, stuck in the snow. It wasn’t clear how long it had been there.
A low temperature of one degree below zero was reported in the area early Thursday.
Glock had frozen limbs and a heartbeat so faint that sheriff’s deputies thought he might be dead.
