Humane Society to hold fundraiser

The James River Humane Society is holding a spaghetti supper fundraiser with proceeds going towards the shelter’s general expenses, said Al Spanjer, board president.

The supper, which includes spaghetti, salad, garlic toast and bars, is set for 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hillcrest Elementary School.

Freewill offerings are accepted.
