Main education bill passes House

BISMARCK - The latest state effort to improve public school education passed the House this afternoon despite several Republicans criticizing its authorizing pre-kindergarten pilot projects, career counselors and and a leap in funding costs.

BISMARCK - The latest state effort to improve public school education passed the House this afternoon despite several Republicans criticizing its authorizing pre-kindergarten pilot projects, career counselors and and a leap in funding costs.

House Bill 1400 passed on a 78-16 vote.
