No charges filed in pedestrian death
Burleigh County authorities say they won’t file charges in district court against the driver of a pickup that struck and killed a man crossing a Bismarck street in December.
BISMARCK (AP) — Burleigh County authorities say they won’t file charges in district court against the driver of a pickup that struck and killed a man crossing a Bismarck street in December.
County officials said the case will be sent to the Bismarck city attorney’s office.
Police said Victor Richter was making a left turn on Dec. 10, when his pickup struck and killed 70-year-old Delmer Grabatin, who was crossing the street.
