N.D. chamber seeks nominations

The North Dakota Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for its 2009 North Dakota Community Leadership Awards.

Individuals, businesses and organizations may submit nominations for award recipients. Criteria for recipients include leadership in activities that contribute to an enriched quality of life and enhancement of our North Dakota communities. Suggested areas of leadership could include, but is not be limited to: community service, business, farming, industry, their professions, education, health, religion, politics, environment, and law enforcement.

“North Dakota is filled with community leaders that distinguish themselves with community, state or national activities,” said North Dakota Chamber President Dave MacIver. “These activities are worthy of recognition and we are asking North Dakotans to help us identify outstanding community leaders so they can be recognized.”

A nomination form can be completed or downloaded at www.ndchamber.com. Completed forms need to be returned to the North Dakota Chamber of Commerce no later than April 15.
