No. 1-ranked Linton and Kidder County advanced to the District 6 championship game with semifinal victories on Monday night in Napoleon.
The Lions used a 22-8 advantage in the second quarter to take a 42-24 halftime lead en route to an 87-39 victory over South Border.
Twelve different players scored for Linton, led by Justin Purintun’s 19. Scott Roemmich added 12 and Trent Roemmich had 10.
Ten different players scored for the Mustangs, with Tallon Lippert leading the way with 12.
Kidder County’s Adam Randall had 29 points and 13 rebounds in a 52-40 triumph over Strasburg-Zeeland in the other semifinal.
Todd Nagel led the Clippers with 16.
Napoleon takes on Strasburg-Zeeland at 4:30 p.m. today in a region qualifier, followed by another regional qualifier between Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock and South Border. The title game follows 20 minutes later.

No. 6-ranked New Rockford-Sheyenne escaped with a semifinal victory over Warwick at the District 7 tournament in Devils Lake.
No. 9-ranked Carrington, meanwhile, cruised to the title game.
The Rockets edged the Warriors 58-57, getting four three-pointers and 14 points from Jacob Langley. Brett Allmaras led NRS with 18 points and Evan Guler added 10 as the Rockets clinched a spot in the Region 4 tournament.
Mitchell Owlboy led Warwick with 14. Kyle Langstaff and Leland Cavanaugh each had 12 and Shandy Brown 11.
The Cardinals jumped out to a 19-7 first-quarter lead and held a 36-20 halftime edge en route to a 67-47 win over Four Winds.
Jackson Unruh scored 18 points and Chase Monson 13. Each hit three of the Cardinals’ eight three-pointers in the win. Devon Barton added 10 points.
Chuck Lovejoy led the Indians with 17 and Demery Lawrence hit or 13.
Harvey remained alive with a 61-52 victory over Wells County in one loser-out game.
The Hornets got five three-pointers and a game-high 23 points from Jacob Goldade. Quincy Faul added 14 points and Kelly Dockter 10.
Kelby Houchin had 14 and Logan Neumiller 13 for the Bears in the loss.
Tyson Ackerman’s 31 points powered Lakota to a consolation victory over Maddock. Jacob Haman added 10 in the win.
Mickel Buckmier had 12 and Levi Slater 11 for the Bobcats in the loss.
Warwick takes on Lakota in a region-qualifying game today at 4 p.m., followed by Harvey vs. Four Winds at 5:30 p.m. in another region-qualifier. The title game between NRS and Carrington is set for 7 p.m.
