Qwest restores Valley City phones
Qwest says it has restored phone service to more than 100 Valley City customers who lost it Monday night.
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) — Qwest says it has restored phone service to more than 100 Valley City customers who lost it Monday night.
The service was knocked out when a city truck struck a telephone line. Qwest officials said the service was restored late Thursday afternoon.
Qwest officials said blizzard conditions prevented repair crews from getting to Valley City until Wednesday.
