Bank Forward promotes two

Barb Neumiller has been promoted to the position of fraud/security specialist. Her responsibilities in-clude coordinating ATM/ debit card disputes, serving as the bank’s global security officer/ trainer and the initial point of contact for the fraud program.

Barb Neumiller has been promoted to the position of fraud/security specialist. Her responsibilities in-clude coordinating ATM/ debit card disputes, serving as the bank’s global security officer/ trainer and the initial point of contact for the fraud program.

Neumiller joined Bank Forward in 2002 as a personal banker. In 2005 she was promoted to personal banking supervisor and now has six years of banking experience.

Michel Grotrian has been promoted to the position of personal banking supervisor in the James-town location. Her responsibilities include managing the personal banking team to align with the bank’s customer service standards and the active sales and service environment.

Grotrian joined Bank Forward in 2006 as a receptionist/personal banker. In 2008, after obtaining her Series 6 License, she was promoted to investment representative. She has three years of banking experience and is a graduate of Valley City (N.D.) State University.
