Woman pleads not guilty to counterfeiting
A woman who authorities said was found with check-making equipment, counterfeit checks and 14 fake driver’s licenses has pleaded not guilty in a check counterfeiting case.
GRAND FORKS (AP) — A woman who authorities said was found with check-making equipment, counterfeit checks and 14 fake driver’s licenses has pleaded not guilty in a check counterfeiting case.
Paula Ann Griffin of Minneapolis is charged in Grand Forks County with forgery, attempted theft and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. Court officials said she entered not-guilty pleas to the charges Monday before Judge Sonja Clapp.
