No-travel advisories issued for Wells, Mercer, Foster counties

No-travel advisories have been issued this afternoon for Wells, Mercer and Foster counties and on some roads in Kidder County.

The sheriff's department in Wells County said roads in the county are icy.

The Mercer County Sheriff's Department said the advisory was issued due to snow, blowing snow, soft road grades, possible washouts and blocked roads.
