Featured speakers will include Terry Fitzgerald, senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis; Maritta Bush, Jump$tart Coalition regional director — Midwestern states; and Heidi Heitkamp, former North Dakota attorney general, former North Dakota tax commissioner and Democratic candidate for governor in 2000.
