Turtle Mountain man accused of murder
A Turtle Mountain man is accused of killing his 3-month-old daughter. James Haggerty was indicted by a federal grand jury. Court documents say the baby died March 19, after suffering head injuries.
MINOT (AP) — A Turtle Mountain man is accused of killing his 3-month-old daughter.
James Haggerty was indicted by a federal grand jury. Court documents say the baby died March 19, after suffering head injuries.
Haggerty also is charged with four counts of child abuse alleging he threw, squeezed and shook the child. His trial is set for June 9.
