Vining receives business honors

Taylor Vining, son of Kari and Brad Vining, was chosen by the bus-iness/ technology department instructors of James-town High School as the Outstanding Business Student for the month of March.

Taylor Vining, son of Kari and Brad Vining, was chosen by the bus-iness/ technology department instructors of James-town High School as the Outstanding Business Student for the month of March.

Vining has maintained an “A” average in all his business/technology courses including: keyboarding, Word Processing, Accounting 1/2, Accounting 3/4, Marketing 1/2, Marketing 3/4 and Personal Finance.

He is president of DECA and SADD and an FBLA member. He also runs the Jay’s Nest, the student store at the high school.

Vining plans to attend Bismarck State College majoring in management.
