LaMoure County scheduled a flood assistance informational meeting for 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
Federal Emergency Management Agency will have experts in public assistance, individual assistance, hazard mitigation and Small Business Administration available to present information on types of assistance available to the county, cities, townships, business owners and individuals. This is an informational meeting only, so attendents will not be able to register for assistance at that time. The meeting is co-coordinated by LaMoure County Department of Emergency Services and Sen. Byron Dorgan’s Office.
The meeting is in the large gym at LaMoure School, 510 Second St. S.E., LaMoure, N.D.
