LaMoure sewer system backs up into city

City of LaMoure residents and businesses should not use the sewer system effective immediately, said Sheri Gartner, LaMoure County director of emergency services.

City of LaMoure residents and businesses should not use the sewer system effective immediately, said Sheri Gartner, LaMoure County director of emergency services.

The lift station lost power, and the sewer system is backing up into the city.

Do not flush toilets, wash dishes or put any other water or waste down drains until further notice, she said.
