FARGO (AP) — The North Dakota Supreme Court has disbarred a Fargo attorney who pleaded guilty to terrorizing and concealed weapons charges in September 2007.
Robert Light’s license to practice law had been suspended since August 2007.
Light was accused of pointing a loaded and cocked gun at a Fargo police officer in December 2006. He maintained he did not intend to terrorize anyone but admitted he brandished the gun.
He was given a three-year sentence, with 18 months in prison and supervised probation for the rest of the term.
