McPherson, Bond

Laura McPherson and Josh Bond, both James-town, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Mark and Cheryl McPherson and Jim and Susan Bond, all Jamestown, and the late Cheryl Bond.

McPherson’s grandparents are Mac and Betty McPherson and Linus and Beulah Hoffart, all James-town.

Bond’s grandparents are Verna Lee, and Helen and George Else, all James-town.

McPherson is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown High School. She is attending Jamestown College pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed by Jamestown Hospital as a certified nursing assistant.

Bond is a 2005 graduate of Jamestown High School. He is attending Jamestown College pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed by James River Correctional Center, Jamestown, as a correctional officer.

A June 27 wedding is planned at United Presbyterian Church, Jamestown.
