Special Olympics seeks volunteers

Volunteers are needed for the Special Olympics bocce ball and volleyball events. Training is provided. Volunteers are also needed for the games, which run June 5-6 in Fargo. All events are free and open to the public. Aquatics, bocce and powerlifting will be held on June 5 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Fargo North.

All events are free and open to the public. Aquatics, bocce and powerlifting will be held on June 5 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Fargo North. The opening ceremonies are set for 5:30-6:30 p.m. on June 5 at Fargo South. The track and field competition is set for June 6 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Ellig Sports Complex at NDSU.
