PEMBINA, N.D. (AP) — Federal officials say a teenager was arrested at the Pembina border crossing after officers seized marijuana, marijuana pipes, hashish, marijuana seeds, methamphetamine, prescription drugs and alcohol from the car he was driving.
The federal Customs and Border Protection agency said the 18-year-old James Webster of West Fargo told authorities Tuesday that he was on his way to Devils Lake but missed his turn.
A statement from the Customs and Border Protection agency said officers found contraband concealed throughout the car. Webster was turned over to the sheriff’s department.
Authorities said Webster faces three felony and three misdemeanor drug-related charges.
