Hafner hopes to be in lineup today in Chicago

Sykeston native Travis Hafner arrived at the Metrodome in time for the series finale against the Minnesota Twins on Thursday, according to a story on the Cleveland Indians’ Web site.

Earlier in the week, it was reported that Pronk was still feeling soreness in his shoulder, leading to speculation he may need more treatment and another rehab assignment.

Now, he says the shoulder feels “pretty good” and hopes to be in the lineup on Friday in the opening game of the White Sox series in Chicago.
