JRCC announces three promotions

The James River Correctional Center has announced three promotions for members of its staff.

The James River Correctional Center has announced three promotions for members of its staff.

Teva Lange has been promoted from correctional officer II to correctional caseworker. Lange started with JRCC in April 2002. She has received several letters of appreciation during her employment at JRCC.

Julie Munkeby has been promoted from correctional caseworker to correctional case manager effective May 2009. Munkeby started with the JRCC in May 2001 as a correctional officer. In December 2004, she was promoted to correctional caseworker. In September 2004, she was named JRCC employee of the month. She has received several letters of appreciation during her employment at JRCC.

Brandi Netolicky has been promoted from lieutenant to correctional case manager. Netolicky started with JRCC in May 2000 as a correctional officer. She was promoted to correctional caseworker in November 2004 and to lieutenant in August 2007. Netolicky is the assistant team leader for the Crisis Negotiation Team. She was named employee of the month in November 2002, April 2004 and March 2009.
