Douty named exalted ruler at Elks

Jeff Douty was installed as the 2009-2010 exalted ruler of the Jamestown Elks Lodge.

Other officers installed were Eric Urness, leading knight; Craig Neys, loyal knight; Darold Walls, lecturing knight; Jan Skeel, secretary; Harold Bensch, treasurer; Frank DeBolt tiler; and Mark Lee, trustee.
