JRFD puts out smoldering grain bin

The Jamestown Rural Fire Department responded to a smoldering grain bin Thursday afternoon in El-dridge, N.D., said Cpl. Russ Shahin, Jamestown Police Department.

The grain bin was located at Klose Farmers Elevator, he said.

The smoldering bin was reported around 3:30 p.m. and firefighters were on the scene until shortly after 4:20 p.m., Shahin said.
