MBS acquires three companies
Midwest Business Systems recently acquired the consolidated communication companies of BISI, TELTEC and EXECUTONE. For over 20 years, all companies involved have served as local technology businesses for the community and now will be on a single team, with all technology support staff from the companies remaining with MBS.
Midwest Business Systems recently acquired the consolidated communication companies of BISI, TELTEC and EXECUTONE. For over 20 years, all companies involved have served as local technology businesses for the community and now will be on a single team, with all technology support staff from the companies remaining with MBS.
The acquisition brings new products and services to Midwest Business Systems including business telephone systems, voice over IP technology, cabling and network wiring. Midwest Business Systems has locations in Minot, Dickinson, Bismarck, Devils Lake, Williston, Valley City and Jamestown.
