In addition to making significant contributions to the literature about Laura Ingalls Wilder, Williams founded the newsletter “Laura Ingalls Wilder Lore,” which he still edits. He’ll do a book signing for his numerous books that weekend.
Papers on all aspects of the roles that women played in the settlement of the West are especially welcome, as are papers on other topics relating to the history of the region.
Topics must be submitted with a title, brief description, and biographical sketch by Aug. 15 to be on the program.
