Roaming Buffalo to meet Saturday

The Roaming Buffalo camping club did not have a meeting in June although they did camp at different areas. The club also hosted the state campvention, which was held at the Medina campground.

The club also hosted the state campvention, which was held at the Medina campground.

Deb Kapp was the chairperson for this. At this state meet, Highway Patrolman Bulzomi gave a talk to the members on laws and rules that pertain to campers and tow vehicles.

A tour of the Chase Lake Nation Wildlife Refuge was canceled because of rain. The club treated everyone to ice cream sundaes on Friday night. The next meeting will be held Saturday at the Leonard and Cindy Willey campground.

A highway cleanup will take place at 10 a.m., a potluck and meeting will be held at 6 p.m.

The club can also camp out there for the weekend. Members are asked to remember to collect the non-perishable items per the camping schedule.
