Search for missing G.F. man resumes

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Grand Forks authorities are resuming a search of the Red River for a man who disappeared while swimming.

Police say the man had been swimming with two other men Monday afternoon when he disappeared in the water north of the Kennedy Bridge.

Authorities say clothing and boots that belonged to the man were found on the Grand Forks side of the river.

Authorities have not released the names of the missing man or his two friends. They say the missing man is from Grand Forks and is in his 30s.
