Two walk away from halfway house
Mandan police and federal marshals say they are looking for a man and a woman who walked away from a halfway house over the weekend.
MANDAN, N.D. (AP) — Mandan police and federal marshals say they are looking for a man and a woman who walked away from a halfway house over the weekend.
Authorities said 25-year-old Francis Reed and 31-year-old Carleen Redbear have been missing since Saturday, when they walked away from Centre, Inc., in Mandan.
A statement from police said Reed has a history of assault and terrorizing and Redbear’s criminal record includes escape and theft of property.
